1. Meeting GEORGIA HARDSTARK and ALIE WARD this weekend during my short trip to LA! I almost didn’t approach them, but knew I’d be bummed later if I didn’t at least say hi. I was super nervous, but managed to chat them up for a few minutes, during which I name-checked Tumbledore, Molly Lambert, and android phones. Alie asked if I had a tumblr, and when I told her, I realized it was one of the few times I had ever said this blog name out loud…I was only slightly embarrassed when she pulled out her phone to check it right there on the spot.
